The Women in Cyber – Voice of the Year 2026 initiative aims to:
- Increase the visibility of female role models in cybersecurity
- Actively promote diversity and equal opportunities
- Inspire more talent to enter the field
The award honors women who make cybersecurity understandable, tangible, and impactful through research, education, community engagement, leadership, or daily contributions within organizations.
Out of 95 submissions, only 16 finalists were selected by an independent jury in two categories: Rising Voice and Leading Voice.
