Joint Lectures on Cybersecurity & Cryptography at the University of Namibia (UNAM)
On 20 May 2026 the University of Namibia (UNAM) launched its Cybersecurity & Cryptography module for their new Master of Science in Blockchain Technology.Delivered by an international team of lecturers from the SwissAfricaCySec, the module began with a strong focus on the human factor as both the primary entry point and the strongest line of defense in the cybersecurity chain.University of Namibia (UNAM)The opening session was led by Prof. Dr. Bettina Schneider, who highlighted the close relationship between cybersecurity and the broader concept of digital trust.
